The heatproof protective mat has been designed with two purposes in mind:
(i) as a heatproof mat for your Weber Q Ware to sit on, whether on the side tables of your Weber Q or any serving table.
(ii) as a protective mat to go inside your Weber Q frypan and/or Casserole dish. The fingers fold up against the side of your pan protecting the non-stick lining from scratching and allowing you to store handles, utensils etc in the pan. Also reduces the noise of pans rubbing together when travelling.
