We walked into store on a late Saturday Arvo just before close, the team welcomed us and genuinely took to the time to listen to our requests on what we wanted in a BBQ from size, Maneuverability, Burner BTU and Functions. The team researched their catalogs, showed us the product online which ticked all our requirements. The team ordered the BBQ and was ready for collection by Tuesday in stock ready to go. The customer service received, Quality in the product and delivering on what JK BBQ promise is impeccable. We have used the BBQ for the first time this weekend, and super impressed with the quality and functionality. The element BTU output kicks a punch when you demand heat for searing or something more conventional like a roast (and cooks evenly through). The side burner can accommodate a large wok which was a requirement we looked for. Let's just say I am extremely Happy over my Side Burner and Thank you. JK BBQ do scheduled instore BBQ cooking classes - This is a great service that no other outlet offers. When purchasing a Weber, you are purchasing more than just a BBQ - you are purchasing a "Convection oven" Can't wait to learn how to bake and master using this BBQ to its full potential. Then a gentleman who was just finished cooking in the BBQ walked up with a plate of fresh of pizza and offered me some.. wow.. He then offered me some freshly made Brownies also cooked in the BBQ.. ?! You really can't offer a better sales pitch than `here.. try some for yourself'.. They offered me a deal with free extras and well.. even I have temptations :) The staff service is of the highest level, their friendliness and knowledge is outstanding and the best sales is when the product sells itself and they are simply there to help you understand it better. 100% recommend this store, these staff and their deals.

Carbrook is a suburb in the City of Logan, Queensland, Australia. Carbrook was previously called Gramzow, a name of German origin. The German name was anglicised in 1916 during World War I. In the 2016 census, Carbrook had a population of 1,216 people. == History == Carbrook was originally known as Gramzow after the village of Gramzow, Uckermark, Northern Germany, the name being given to it by the early German settlers who arrived in 1867.The Alberton Ferry was established 1870 to cross the Logan River between Ferry Road at Carbrook (27.6923°S 153.2608°E / -27.6923; 153.2608 (Albert Ferry (Carbrook terminal))) and Alberton Road at Alberton. Following the opening of the Logan Bridge in 1931, usage of the ferry declined and it was closed in 1948.Gramzow State School opened on 5 November 1877, being renamed Carbrook State School in 1916. It relocated to its present location in 1987 with the former school building still extant and listed on the Queensland Heritage Register.During World War I, German names were unpopular and many German- or German-sounding placenames were changed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my Weber purchase. Store is hard to find through the GPS, type in bunnings to find it easily.
