Alwyn AnsellJust recently purchased a Weber BBQ 3 Burner Genisis II with a Side Burner. This is truly a Masterpiece and after looking at many BBQ outlets prior. We walked into store on a late Saturday Arvo just before close, the team welcomed us and genuinely took to the time to listen to our requests on what we wanted in a BBQ from size, Maneuverability, Burner BTU and Functions. The team researched their catalogs, showed us the product online which ticked all our requirements. The team ordered the BBQ and was ready for collection by Tuesday in stock ready to go. The customer service received, Quality in the product and delivering on what JK BBQ promise is impeccable. We have used the BBQ for the first time this weekend, and super impressed with the quality and functionality. The element BTU output kicks a punch when you demand heat for searing or something more conventional like a roast (and cooks evenly through). The side burner can accommodate a large wok which was a requirement we looked for. Let's just say I am extremely Happy over my Side Burner and Thank you. JK BBQ do scheduled instore BBQ cooking classes - This is a great service that no other outlet offers. When purchasing a Weber, you are purchasing more than just a BBQ - you are purchasing a "Convection oven" Can't wait to learn how to bake and master using this BBQ to its full potential. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for giving us an amazing experience.
Chantell WhiteLove it. Brought new Traveller weber

Shailer Park is a suburb in the City of Logan, Queensland, Australia. In the 2021 census, Shailer Park had a population of 12,182 people. == Geography == Shailer Park is a suburb of mainly middle class residential areas, and sits on hilly terrain between the Pacific Motorway and extensive forest and bushland to the north. The north-eastern part of the suburb is sometimes known as Kimberley Park, after a residential estate located in the area.Shailer Park is a centre for employment, entertainment, and leisure in southeast Queensland. The Logan Hyperdome, a major regional shopping centre, is located in Shailer Park, and other commercial and community facilities have developed nearby. Largely because of this, the Queensland Government listed the suburb as a major activity centre in the South East Queensland Regional Plan 2005–2026. The Loganholme bus station, a major bus interchange is located at the Logan Hyperdome. == History == The suburb is named after Francis Frederick Rising Shailer and his wife Catherine, who arrived with their children in the area in 1866. Like many farmers in the area, they first grew cotton and later sugar. The Shailers were probably best known for their fruit growing and operated the first citrus orchard in southern Queensland, situated in Slacks Creek.
We recently purchased our new four-piece outdoor setting from JK BBQ & Outdoor, and we absolutely love it. The quality and comfort of the furniture are exceptional, making it a cherished addition to our outdoor space. The customer service at JK BBQ & Outdoor was fantastic, consistently exceeding our expectations with every visit. The store itself is impressive—a spacious and well-organised layout with neatly displayed stock and an inviting presentation. It's evident that this establishment is a family affair, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One standout feature is their BBQ demonstrations, allowing customers to taste test before making a decision. Kudos to the crew at JK BBQ & Outdoor for their excellent service and outstanding offerings.
To be honest, I wandered into their store `just browsing' and was approached by a lovely lady worker, she smiled and was very helpful. Then a gentleman who was just finished cooking in the BBQ walked up with a plate of fresh of pizza and offered me some.. wow.. He then offered me some freshly made Brownies also cooked in the BBQ.. ?! You really can't offer a better sales pitch than `here.. try some for yourself'.. They offered me a deal with free extras and well.. even I have temptations :) The staff service is of the highest level, their friendliness and knowledge is outstanding and the best sales is when the product sells itself and they are simply there to help you understand it better. 100% recommend this store, these staff and their deals.
From the time I walked it to the store it was so relaxing The customer service was old fashion no pressure just friendly advise Recommend anyone looking for a Webber product go JK BBQs I live at Wynnum and I will travel there for any product or displays they have on
thanks for the warm welcome and perfectly designed kids corner kept our kids busy while we deciding which BBQ to get. Gentlemen listen our need and guide us according to what we need and which model will be suitable We picked the new Weber Q family it is perfect. They have all the varieties of the Weber BBQ on display so you can feel it before you purchase.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my Weber purchase. Store is hard to find through the GPS, type in bunnings to find it easily.
